At LootLee, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 4 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products returned after the eligible return period may not be accepted.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
- Return courier/shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- LootLee is not responsible for any return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
For Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Since COD payments are not linked to an online payment method, customers must provide:
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Refunds will be transferred directly to the bank account provided by the customer.
- Incorrect bank details may result in delays in processing refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after 4 days of delivery.
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
